A daughter of Indian migrants from Delhi, who are professors at
University of Western Australia and Victoria University, Pallavi Sharda was
born on January 10, 1987 in Perth. Her father is a Punjabi. She is a very
bright woman with a diploma in Modern Languages and Media and Communications
from the University of Melbourne.
In 2008, she transferred to Mumbai, where two years later, she started
her career as a Bollywood actress through a cameo role in "My Name is
Khan". She was then cast into a
lead role as a teacher in the drama-comedy "Dus Tola". Her
performance was warmly received by critics. In 2011, she was the leading lady
in the theater musical Taj Express. Her 2013 movie "Besharam" is now
currently screened in theaters worldwide (here is my review of said movie, see below still photo of said film).
